24.6.2016: Brexit: EU barks at Britain

Britain's referendum to leave the EU on Wednesday, June 22nd [1], reminds me an old English saying [2]:

"The tail is wagging the dog." Consider the 'tail' being the UK and the dog as a synonym for the EU: The tail decided to cut off from the dog and the dog is barking to the tail [3].

Now ask yourself: Who is the looser here?
